Razer Blackshark V2 Pro beeping

Hi folks,

I'm having the same issue a lot of others seem to have, in that my headset keeps beeping at random intervals. It does a sort of beep-boop sound, and sometimes the two sounds are right one after another, while other times there is a bit of a delay before the seconds sound. I think it's a disconnect, as there is a loss of both outgoing and incoming conversation between the two sounds, although I cannot understand why the headset would lose connection, as I am seated less than 1.5m away from the USB dongle in the PC.

Please advise.

Yep, about ready to return mine to Amazon
Got the run-around from their tech support, returning to Amazon.
I was expecting at least a reply from someone on the support staff, but it's been a week and they haven't said a word.

I am having both this issue on my pc as well as my ps5. Its so random. I can sometime get it to work for couple hours then it might start beeping. Its to the point where you can't even use it. This should not be happening with this pricey of a heaset. I'm gonna have to attempt a warranty claim.

Whad kind of beeping do you all have? Low battery indicator beep? Or lost signal beep?
Be aware, that other 2.4GHz devices like WiFi, Bluetooth can interfere with the headset and vice versa. For eg. Microwave is literally eating 2.4GHz signal. Be sure that all electrical cables are not nearby your headset, dongle etc.

I have receiver literally 1 foot away and its still doing it. Not only this, Razer's customer service is so bad that I won't be buying another thing from them. They don't read the case notes, ask for proof of purchase like 3 times even though its attached to case. Told me my serial # is wrong despite the fact that I registered this product directly on Razer's website. Its ridiculous!
