Razer Blackshark V2 Pro Dongle Replacement

Hi folks,

 

I lost the wireless dongle for my Razer Blackshark V2 Pro (bought 2021). How can I get a replacement?

 

The support form asks for a SN, which I don’t have because the label it was printed on seems to be not UV resistant. It’s entirely blank by now.
