Razer Blackshark v2 Pro Mic Monitoring Problem

Hi, I just got Blackshark v2 pros and I noticed that the mic monitoring is extremely quiet and almost non-existant even at full volume. I noticed that turning the headset volume all the way up makes the mic monitoring louder which is odd. Is there a way to make the mic monitoring louder without messing with the headset volume knob? If not I will return these headphones.

I have the same model as you, a Razer Nari, and a wired Blackshark V2. I also have a Corsair Virtuoso XT, a Logitech Pro X wireless, and a Steel Series Arctic 7. The Blackshark v2 pro wireless has very quiet sidetone. Combing reddit threads and Razer's own forum for a while, this seems to be a hardware/software issue with the headset. There is no known fix. I do not think Razer has officially acknowledged this issue, either. Razer Nari has better sidetone, but it's still not great. You can sort of hear yourself while playing. Arctic 7, Virtuoso XT have very good sidetone. The Pro X wireless, has "okay/meh" sidetone, it's sort of soft unless you crank the software for it all the way up and you don't mind hearing a hiss from your headphones. The Blackshark V2 WIRED headset has great sidetone. Loud and clear. Something the wireless version makes the sidetone extremely quiet, basically useless.
