Razer Blackshark V2 Pro Mic Problem
My Razer Blackshark V2 Pro mic is not working right. When i just bought the headset it worked very good but now the mic sounds muffled and i have to put it really close to my mouth so the others can barely hear me when i speak. Even when i do that the audio sounds very bad, it has a litte buzz in the background and it doesnt go away. I really dont know what to do, this headset is barely new and it already has problems. I already watched your video of razer support when de mic from the headsets has problems, i tried everything and it doesnt solve a thing. I tried to use the mic in other devices to see if the truly problem was the mic or the system but it doesnt change nothing, it sounds bad too. So please, can you tell me what do?

I have a similar problem. My Razer Blackshark V2 Pro mic has stopped working about one month after I received it. Can I get a new mic while my headphones are still under the warranty?

Please send me the serial number of your headsets so I can look into possible firmware solutions. For now, please perform a clean installation of Synapse by following this guide. Do test the headsets in both wired and wireless mode to check if this has anything to do with hardware.
