Razer Blackshark v2 Pro Mic Problem

Hello, I need help with my razer gear.
My mic stops working over the wireless adapter once I connect it to the phone through aux 3.5mm cable.
I’ve make it work after a few days tweaking configurations, turning headset off and on repeatedly and disconnecting and reconnecting the mic into the headset but it is completely demanding and have my headset unusable for a few days, I forgot about it and used it on my phone again and Ive lost the microphone over wireless adapter again, I’ve done about everything and it just doesnt work, if I connect it over the aux cable jack it works just fine, but the mic is rather DEAD when I try to use it over the wireless adapter. I need a fix to this because Ive found NOTHING on the web and Im exhausted, this is a very expensive headset to have this ridiculous bug and Im starting to be completely dissapointed. Please, if anyone knows how to fix this, let me know. Cheers guys.
