I received my new headphones a week ago and the audio & microphone worked just fine, however, yesterday the microphone stopped working. The audio of the headphone still works but the microphone picks up no sound.
- I tried with the USB wireless receiver & 3.5mm combo cable but no success.
- Also tried unplugging the microphone and plugging it back in but no success.
- Tried charging it fully no success.
Help please, do i need to send it back? Is there a way I can fully reset my headphone?
I use it on a MacBook Pro 2016 & macOS Catalina 10.15.7
