Razer Blackshark V2 Pro Microphone sounds muffled on Discord

Hi, I love everything about the headset so far, but my friends on discord tell me that I sound a little muffled. It sounds the same with the pop filter on or off. Is there any advice I could have regarding making it a bit clearer? I've already tried messing with the settings on synapse, but feel free to give any ideas. I appreciate it!

      No I haven’t. It sounds fine through discord. It’s only when I use the Xbox app that people say it doesn’t sound right

      I was wondering if you could throw a voice over discord. It's not good for me on discord, and it is the same for most people.

      Hey there! Does the issue happen to other apps with audio and video conferencing like Skype, Messenger, or Zoom? Ensure that the mic diaphragm is in front and the air vent is facing away from your mouth. Please check the small mic icon on the side of the mic diaphragm so you can identify which side should be facing your mouth.

      Please help me too, I opened a topic. My voice goes very bad when I speak on Discord, but when I shoot video or record audio, my voice is fine. I reinstalled Synapse 3 and discord. The little logo microphone you call me is on the side of my mouth. Please help.
