Razer BlackShark V2 Pro not detected in Synapse 3
Dear Razer Support Team,
I own a Razer BlackShark V2 Pro (2023), and recently it stopped being recognized by Razer Synapse 3. It no longer appears in the device list—neither as connected nor powered off. It is simply missing from Synapse entirely.
Here is what I have tried so far:
- Fully charged and powered on the headset
- Tested the dongle on multiple USB ports (USB 3.0 and 2.0)
- Switched between 2.4 GHz and Bluetooth modes using the SmartSwitch button
- Rebooted Windows 11 and removed all Razer drivers via Device Manager
- Completely uninstalled and reinstalled Synapse 3 using the official Razer Removal Tool
- Downloaded and launched the Firmware Updater – but the device is not detected there either
Despite these steps, Synapse does not recognize the headset. In Windows Device Manager, it only shows up as a generic USB audio device with no detailed device information.
Please let me know if there is a way to manually re-pair or repair the dongle, or if a replacement is necessary.
Thank you in advance for your support.
