Razer Blackshark V2 Pro not receiving the THX code

Hi, it’s about 3 days that I’ve registered my Razer Blackshark V2 Pro and I didn’t receive any activation code through my email for activating the THX Spatial audio. So any Razer support can help I woud really appreciate it. Thank you

Please be informed that the Razer BlackShark V2 Pro (2023) and Razer BlackShark V2 Pro (2020) come with the THX Spatial Audio integrated into your device through Razer Synapse.
