Razer Blackshark V2 Pro | Not showing in Synapse 3 / Sound

So around 3 days ago i bought my Razer Blackshark V2 Pro and i enjoyed the Sound Quality and the headset overall. Since today in the morning the Headset is louder on the right, than on the left side. I even enabled the THX Splatial Audio and it didnt change a bit. Its like there is no 360° or like any side at all. I also tested it on other Computers/Laptops and it didnt change. Can anyone help me with that?
