Razer BlackShark V2 Pro random disconnects

I received a new v2 Pro 2023 for Christmas and it’s been a nightmare ever since. I consistently get disconnected from Discord at random times. It happens almost daily, it can happen from right after I log into Discord to hours later. The only fix is a reboot of my computer, and everything is fine. Windows no longer detects the input from the device when this happen, I can switch over to my boom USB mic and it works fine, audio still works through the headset but the Mic does not. All windows drivers and utilities are up to date.

This is a brand new PC build, I have used another brand headset with no issues. I have tried updating the firmware but the program tells me the headset is not plugged in, even though it’s operating normally at that time, so I have not successfully been able to update the firmware. I’m on my last reach before I return this headset and go with a Steel Series as it seems to be working fine using my friends for the last few days now. I’m very upset as I try to stay with Razer products on my builds but it appears the new products don’t seem to have the same quality that they used to.

I might as well add, the range of the headset is terrible, about half of that of the steel series I am using right now.

Having this issue also. I’m only like 2 feet away from the dongle with direct LOS. Very random, happens once a day or every few days - not really sure what’s causing it.

Same issue on the previous 2021 model, found a fix yet?

Also having this issue. Reboot fixes. 50/50 that synapse will show the headset as connected at time of issue. Drops audio randomly.

So many issues and no fix. very disappointing

I’m having this issue frequently now. I’m not sure how to fix it. I’ve looked online everywhere, I even tried to use my Razer Naga X mouse (USB) instead of my Orochi v2 (wireless)  As I’m typing and listening to a lecture, it’s doing the beeping (doo doo sound). Sometimes it even “breaks up” like a robotic sound too for no reason at all. :(
