Hello, my Blackshark v2 Pro Sidetone is barely audible without turning everything else down to 10-15%. I've reinstalled Synapse, which seemed to fix it temporarily, but the behavior continues. All of the input settings are at 100%. I'd like to get some support for this new purchase. Thanks!

    Do you get the same results with and without THX Spatial Audio enabled? In any case, please send me the serial number of the headset and a screenshot of your headset settings on Synapse. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
