Hello, after updates Windows 11 and Razer Synapse 4 on October 15th-16th, THX Spatial Audio stopped working. At first, the sound would just randomly change volume, but after reinstalling all the drivers and programs, including Realtek drivers, it stopped responding to the equalizer in Synapse 4 altogether. After reinstalling several more drivers, the problem returned to its original state: the volume would change randomly with a distinctive clicking sound, as if you were plugging a cable into the audio jack and hearing crackling and popping sounds. However, after disabling the audio enhancement feature in Windows settings, the volume stabilized completely and the clicking disappeared, but I lost the THX feature. Upon further investigation, I noticed that in the Windows Device Manager, under the "Sound Processing Objects" tab, in the THX Spatial Audio Effects Component properties, under the "Events" tab, the following is stated: "Device SWD\DRIVERENUM\THXAPOComponent... requires further installation." This indicates that the driver is still not installing properly after repeated reinstallations. This causes volume changes and clicking sounds when using the THX function. How can this problem be resolved?
