RAZER blackshark v2 pro wireless connection is not working.

The headset wireless connection is not working.
It does not work with Synapse 3.0.
Also, when I wired my headset to my computer, I can only hear it on the right side. I don't hear anything on the left side of the headset.
I've erased Synapse 3.0 and rebooted it, and I've recovered it and run it, but the problem is the same.
It's also windy for wired connection, but the problem is the same.

I didn't use the headset much, but this problem occurred. It's been 6 months since both wired and wireless were not working.
