I would like to highlight 2 issues which I' facing with my Razer blackshare V2 Pro . Volume knob is not killing the sound even it's in turned down to 0%. I can bearly hear the sounds. Unless decide to reduce it in the windows or Synapse. I'm not sure if this is a normal thing but recently found out. Moreover there is a buzzing / static noise from the left side speaker while trying to reduce / increase volume with the Knob .

    It could be that your device and its driver are not properly communicating. Do follow the steps on this page for further isolation of both issues. I'd appreciate it if you'd send me the serial number of your device so I can check for firmware suitable for it. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
