Hello, I bought razer blackshark v2 pro and i have some issues with the headset. The sound is spakling/cracking and I dont know why. I think it might be because of razer synapse 3 but im not sure PLS HELP !!! Thanks

    I have the same problem, need help on this, i cant use this like that

    Same issue. Cracking/popping/static sound. It's not constant but frequent enough to be very annoying. Not always loud although I've heard it get bad at times. Have tried moving USB dongle to different USB ports further away from other wireless dongles. Have tried turning THX spatial audio off. Closed Synapse software completely. Made sure firmware was up to date. Nothing solves the problem. Seems to get worse in Music or Movie modes for THX spatial audio but even in stereo mode watching a YouTube video with generic piano music in the background causes intermittent popping sound at any volume. Found this reddit thread on the issue:https://www.reddit.com/r/razer/comments/jyf1t2/blackshark_v2_pro_cracklingstatic_sounds/ I don't know how all of the glowing reviews for this product didn't stumble upon this problem. Really unfortunate because i love the feel of the headset and when it's not producing static it sounds good but that's not very often. Going to have to send it back to Amazon before my return window is up.
