I’ll try to describe my issue with my headset. So when playing games or just general thing on my PC the headset suddenly beeps and turns off sometimes I think it just disconnect but turn back on or reconnect it self after few seconds or minutes. I did some research and saw a lot of people experiencing the same with no resolution at all. In my research I found out about the new Synapse 4, so far no disconnect and sudden shut on my headset. In saying this I assume the problem before is just the software, I love my headset so I keeping my faith on it. I hope this will help other users. 🍻
