The title basicaly explains itself, i got the blackshark v2 for almost 4 month and 2 weeks ago the right side just stopped working, i tried it without the dongle, with just the usb, in a cellphone, updated the version of my windows and in the razer synapse app but nothing seems to work.
Does anyone have a clue about what this is?

Let me check on your headset. Can you test it on another computer to see if it behaves the same way? Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and look for troubleshooting steps that might address the audio issue you're currently experiencing.
