Razer BlackShark V2 Special Edition Mic issues

So my headset came in first day. I plugged it in, with synapse, it picked it up no problem. However, Discord on a mic test showed me that my microphone is disconnecting or my voice like skips or goes mute at times, making it really hard for people to hear me clearly. Yet the synapse mic test shows me crystal clear. I have the vocal clarity on high through synapse v3, I have mic volume on high, and it's frustating I spent 100$ on a headset where my voice keeps cutting in and out, yet my older kraken is perfectly fine. If anyone can explain to me how to get it to work through discord where my voice doesn't cut out. Windows 10 if it was needed information

I am having the same issues with my Kraken Kitty edition. Voice comes through fine on Synapse, but I'm constantly cutting in and out on discord.

@Paladin6657 @KitKatSNACKS You will want to disable mic enhancements on Synapse and Windows Sound Settings. I also highly recommend changing the default format of the mic input to DVD quality or lower.
