razer blackshark v2 the volume is uneven


Hi,

I’m currently having a problem with my Razer Blackshark v2, where the sound is uneven, the right side is clearly louder than the left side when it is plugged in using the soundcard, i even try went for the sound settings and set the level to balance to no avail. It is normal when i use the jack 3.5 though, but then no synapse settings for me 😅. Please can someone help me.

You can give these steps a go for further isolation. Should the issue persists, PM me the serial number so I can validate its model and check for other options. Thank you!

Same issue as described by humble_v,

yesterday fine, today start playing game, right side loud, left side barely audible.
same USB port for the sound card, same game, same headphones and they were not disconnected in between. So why does this happen I wonder.  Sure it can be adjusted, but what is the cause?

mənim rastlaşdığım problemin həlli sadə imiş. qulaqcığın hər iki tərəfinə də eyni gücdə səs ötürülmədiyini gördüm(windows11: Settings > System > Sound > More sound settings > Playback > Speakers Properties > Levels > Balance) və düzəltdim.

Long story short - Razer devices are fine, driver bugs stays forever so you got to deal with it, customer support does not exist. This particular problem occurs to me if I change sound level through windows settings and close the sound window too fast.

 

I had suffered from this problem since my first blacksharks I bought back in 2022ish. 

 

 It is Razer drivers problem. Tried to report a few issues I had with their devices, got only an AI generated (try disconnect and connect your device) bull-product as a response.

 

Used to have full setup (mouse, kb, headphones). At first glance they are awesome, but once you discovered an issue or two - it is stuck with you and wont be fixed. I had awfull user experience, so I am moving away from the company products.
