I used my BlackShark V2 for a couple of days now, and the thing is that the Spatial sound doesn't work I just log out log back in and sometimes it fixes it... But the second I reboot my PC It's the same stuff... It just doesn't want to work. (I already reinstalled Synapse, Replugged in the USB sound card, I will still use the headphones they still are 7.1 Surround sound I guess... But I really want to fix the issue) It seems like it's corrupt or something... But it's always like this for me, Missing options and more. Here is a screenshot of the problem:

I have had my Blackshark v2 for a few days and have the same issue. Synapse also suggests that the profile default setting is THX spatial audio rather than the USB sound card? I have uninstalled and reinstalled the software with the same results.
I have the same issue. Tech support had me reinstall the software, and when it came back it looked right, but said I needed to switch to THX spacial in volume bar, even though I was already set to it. I unplugged headphones plugged them back in, and it returned to the above picture. frustrating as hell.
Same for me. On my laptop everything works fine. When I plugged the BlackShark V2 into my Desktop PC, it just doesn't work.
I reinstalled everything, uninstalled previous headphone drivers and played around with the sound adapters.
Unfortunately now the headphones don't even appear as "Speaker (THX Spatial Audio)", only as "Speaker (Razer USB Sound Card)".
Synapse is prompting to change my default playback device to THX Spatial Audio which I can't do anymore. 😞
So using a test account, solved the issue for a while, also went away when I didn't use a profile and logged in as guest. Tech support suggested I create a new account, which worked for a day, but the day after it reverted back to the original problem on the new account. Occurred after unplugging from a USB Hub and plugging into a USB on the laptop. I'm on an MSI laptop. I do have the Nahimic software disabled. about you all?
I have tried de installing etc and the test account and its having no effect.

This is the last advice I had from tech support. of note this has not worked either.

1. Run Synapse elevated on Windows 10.
Open Start.
Search for the Synapse.
Right-click the top result, and select Open file location.
Right-click the app shortcut and select Properties.
Click on the Shortcut tab.
Click the Advanced button.
Check the Run as administrator option.

2. Make sure that your Synapse is up to date.
Expand the system tray by clicking the arrow found on the lower-right side of your desktop, and right-click on the Razer THS icon.
Select “Check for Updates” from the menu.
Click “CHECK FOR UPDATES”. If there is a new update, click “UPDATE” to install.
I tried to add more but got access denied
Stage 3 was to Repair Synapse
Stage 4 Perform SFC and DISM scan
Stage 5 make sure you have latest version of Microsoft.Net framework
Stage 6 Latest version of MS Visual C++
