Razer BlackShark V2 X 7.1 Black Gaming Headset,No 7.1 Surround sound Key
Hi,i bought this gaming headset New/Other (opened never used) from ebay.When I received it, all was fine,until it came to activating the 7.1 surround sound.
I managed to register it ok but there is no key.
P/N:RZ04-03240100-R3M1
When i contacted the seller and asked him about the activation code for the 7.1 surround sound he replied

Never heard of that before.
Why would it need a code to activate hardware.
The suggestion I have is to speak with razer directly.
There customer service is really good.
