I bought a BlackShark V2 X headset, and when I tried to register it, I got the error: Product Already Registered. Seriously, wasn’t there a better system for product registration? How could it be registered already when I have the product and the box in my hands? And if someone stole my serial number before, does that mean Razer support can’t help me either?
