my headphone mic is not working , i tried in phone also but it is not working i need to claim the warranty, i purchased from amazon

If the issue persists after performing the troubleshooting steps, please send me a PM together with your device's serial number and proof of purchase for a possible warranty claim. To download a PDF copy of the proof of purchase from Amazon, please follow these steps:

1. Go to Amazon's website.

2. Go to "Your Orders".

3. Click "View Order Details" next to the order.

4. Click "Print Invoice" at the top of the order summary.

5. When you click "Print", you should see a drop-down list for the printers; select "Save as .PDF."


You can upload your proof of purchase to your Google Drive and send me the link. Make sure that the link is set the sharing settings to "Anyone with the link can view". Thank you!
