Razer Blackshark V2 X already registered by another account. I Can't get activation code

Hello! Recently, I bought the Razer Blackshark V2 X but I have problem with the product where the item is already registered, but not under my Razer ID, which means I can't get the activation code via my email to activate the 7.1 surround sound features. I looked around in the Razer community for a fix. How do I fix this problem? Please help

I replied to your PM. Please check your inbox and send me you headset serial number and the proof of purchase. I can use that to verify its model and check if the store is a Razer-authorized reseller. Save the shareable files via any online drive account listed here. All the best!
