Hello! Recently, I bought the Razer Blackshark V2 X but I have problem with the product where the item is already registered, but not under my Razer ID, which means I can't get the activation code via my email to activate the 7.1 surround sound features. I looked around in the Razer community for a fix. How do I fix this problem? Please help

It may be fake, that’s why you cannot register it...

Becuase they’re using legit (already registered/used) serial number, that’s “normal” on the fake Razer products.
but thats dose not mean that the product i have is fake i saw another ppl having the same problem as me and it got resolved, is there any way to see if my product is fake?
