Razer Blackshark V2 X already registered. Can't get activation code


Hello! Recently, I bought the Razer Blackshark V2 X but I have problem with the product where the item is already registered, but not under my Razer ID, which means I can't get the activation code via my email to activate the 7.1 surround sound features. I looked around in the Razer community for a fix. How do I fix this problem? Please help

Hello , I have bought a razer blackshark v2 x , when i register it on razer id it says that the product is already registered , how can i solve this issue
