Razer Blackshark V2 X already registered. Can't get activation code

I purchased an headset from amazon and just received it. I encounter the same problem as described here.

From amazon, but Amazon was the seller? Or some 3rd party company selling through amazon?

Box was sealed/unopened?

It was sealed. I have no clue whether it was opened before and then resealed. It came quite properly package and the box was not damaged.

After a check, it apears it’s a 3rd party company selling through amazon.
