Hi Razer Support,

I recently purchased a Razer BlackShark V2 X headset from Amazon (sold as brand new), but when I attempted to register it, I received a message saying it was already registered.

I am attaching my proof of purchase and a photo of the serial number.

Since I am the new and rightful owner, I would like to request an ownership transfer so I can register the product to my Razer ID.

I have confirmed that the Razer BlackShark V2 X with serial number is already registered to a different account and the 7.1 Surround Sound code. Also, the reseller “Hardware Market Egypt” is listed as unathorized reseller. I recommend reaching the seller to take advantage of your warranty.
