Hello Razer Support, My Razer BlackShark V2 X isn't working. The 7.1 surround sound system shows it's already in use. Could you help me resolve this? Thanks!

I think you have purchased a fake headset. I’ll double-check it just to be sure. Please shoot me a message via PM along with its serial number so I can validate it and check the registration.
