Razer Blackshark V2 X item serial number is unknown

Hello, I'm trying to register my new Blackshark V2 X headphones so I can get access to 7.1 spatial sound, but when I type in the serial number it gives me this error. I've tried replacing 0s with Os but that doesn't seem to make any difference. I don't understand why this is. is there a way I can fix this?

    Try putting a capital i instead of a 1 if there's any, I thought the first letters were 10 instead of io
