hello I brought a razer blackshark v2 x and when I plugged it into my pc with the double 3.5 mm the sound worked but the mic didn't and when the mic works it doesn't catch my voice and if I am playing a video in my pc the other person can hear what I am watching I checked the privacy settings and its normal I checked if the mic is muted and its not muted can someone please help?
