Razer Blackshark v2 X mic isn’t working

Hi, i recently bought a Razer Blackshark v2 X and the mic isn’t working. I’m very bad at english so i cannot understand well the tutorials that i found on internet ( im french ). The microphone isn’t detected. I cannot try it on a mobile device because i dont have the right plugs on my mobile devices. I tried it on my friends computer, mic doesn’t work neither on their computer.
