Razer Blackshark v2 X mic issue not capturing my voice on pc but only buzzing noise

I recently purchased the razer blackshark v2 x -Green Edition, The problem is the mic tried reinstalling the audio drivers from the device manager but still wont work, giving me a buzzing noise only and not capturing my voice, when i plug the headset on the phone with/without the audio splitter it works but when i plug the headset+audio splitter on the pc my mic wont work any help out there? or any good audio driver for this one, i like razer products but pls help me fix my problem T_T

PROBLEM FIX GUYS MIC WORKING NOW NO BUZZING/CAPTURING AUDIO FROM DESKTOP, i did use my old soundcard from a microphone and insert the mic jack onto it and fixed

Yes tried everything but still has buzzing noise and capturing my desktop audio (i dont have speakers)

i have the same problem but i have no soundcard how do i fix this?

Yes,bro! You can download steelseries.com/gg software like Synapse but from a manufacturer who has all the software working!) I downloaded SeelSeries a month ago, configured everything as needed and got great sound!

Greetings. I have the same problem and after many attempts I haven't been able to solve it. I have installed the latest realtek drivers. The microphone continues to malfunction. Lots of background noise and my voice very low and distorted. If I can't fix it I'll have to return my headphones
