Razer BlackShark V2 X | Product number is invalid

Hello, I bought the Razer BlackShark V2 X headset on 2021-09-15, but I've always used it normally until now and I want to activate the 7.1 feature, but when I enter the product serial number, I get the response "Product number is invalid", what should I do?
