RAZER BLACKSHARK V2 X PRODUCT REGISTRATION PROBLEM

Hello, while trying to register my Razer Blackshark V2X product that I purchased from the N11 website to Razer ID, I receive the error that this product has been registered before. I am ready to send any attachments such as proof of purchase, invoice and product box images. I would like to get help about my problem.

Hi awesomeGrayshare891,

Upon checking, N11 is not listed as Razer's authorized reseller. However, please check the 7.1 Surround Sound activation code if you have the scratch card included in the box, as indicated here. If the code has been used or the card is missing, I suggest you return the device to the reseller.
