If i activate the simulated 7.1 surround the sound start to become very dull.

any tips ?
Do you get the same result when disabling the 7.1 Surround Sound? Have you tried reinstalling the audio drivers of your device? I'd like to take a closer look at the behavior by sending me the serial number of your BlackShark V2 X via PM. I can also use it to look into possible solutions. Let's go from there.
