Hello,
I recently bought Razer blackshark v2 x USB headset and I my synapse app wont detect them so I cant really do the settings with sound and microphone. I tried everything, unplugging and plugging into diff port, reinstalling app, restarting computer, reinstalling driver, making new account and registering headset again. Nothing works, the synapse app wont detect my headphones.
Can someone give me any other tips what should I do? As I am not even allowed to contact support, because everytime I tried it moves me to comunnity page :D
