Hi,
I have purchased the razor Blackshark V2 USB Headphones a couple weeks ago, but since the installation I am getting a certain sound drop issue when after a few seconds the sound completely goes off and then comes back on after a few seconds.
→ I have tried updating the drivers for headphones and my pc but all the drivers are up to date.
→ I have also tried changing the USB port from USB 3.0 to USB 2.0 but still experiencing the same issue.
Kindly guide me in resolving the issue as I am unable to figure out the exact issue causing this sound drop.
