razer blackshark v2 x wont show up as an input device
hi, my razer blackshark v2 X headsets mic isn't working. my pc just defaults to using the built in mic. i tried checking my sound settings but the headset isn't even showing up under the recording tab, so i can't set it to default. it isn't showing up under my input devices either. synapse doesn't support v2 x but everywhere i look to try and install the drivers manually it says to use synapse lol idk what to do

The Razer Blackshak V2 X uses a 3.5 mm audio jack connection and will use your PC's audio driver like Realtek HD audio for both input and output. Did you already install the Razer 7.1 Surround Sound application? You can register your device here if your purchase did not come with the activation code. Check the steps here on how to set up the 7.1 Surround sound and set it as your default output audio.
