So this is how I bought headphones yesterday, which when I came to the store today, I picked up, connected, installed the driver. But instead of logging in to my previous account which already has the razer mouse on it, I also created a new one with the activation code of the headphones entered but I noticed this fact so I thought that I would delete this account not needed to add headphones already on the existing one but it turned out that the code used. And now I have a question if there is any possibility to get this new code to be able to just activate 7.1 surround sound. I am asking for help in this matter.

Can you send me a photo of your scratch code and a screenshot of the error message that popped up saying that the code got used already? Also, PM me your device's serial number along with the email address linked to your Razer ID. I can use those to verify its model and check its registration status. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
