 HI, i just bought razer blackshark v2x headset, the activation code that razer give me is a erorr, “the code you have entered does not seem to be valid. Please try again.” i request for a new code but razer still send me a same error code. what should i do? please help me :(

        To fix the issue, please make sure to download the correct software which is the 7.1 Surround Sound software and follow the instruction here as your guide to set up and use it. If you need additional help, send me a PM with your device serial number and the screenshot showing the error so I can assist you further.
