Razer Blackshark V2X Mic

Hi! I just got my Razer Blackshark V2X today. I plugged it into my PC using the audio splitter (so both the mic and headphone jacks go into the PC). I can hear the audio fine, but my mic is not working whatsover. When I went into a Discord call, the others said they could barely make out the words and the mic was static. How can I fix this?

    Are they plugged into the back of the motherboard or front panel audio jacks? For now, make sure that the apps you are using to test have permission to access the mic via your Privacy Settings. You will also want to play around with the default format via Sound Control Panel>Recording>Mic>Advanced tab. Send me the serial number of your headset if the problem persists. *Locking the thread to curb the conversation to PMs.
