Razer Blackshark V2X, mic noise cancellation not working.

While I was using my headset, my friends told me that my mic was picking up sounds from my keyboard and across the house. Is this this really how the mic cancellation of the Blackshark V2X work? If not, can anybody give me advice on how to fix this. Thank you!

    Do you have any mic enhancements enabled, and do you get the same results even after adjusting the mic volume? I'd appreciate it if you can share a screenshot of your Mic Levels under Microphone Properties.

    this was my configuration when i was experiencing this problem of picking up too much external noise. then i adjusted it to this configuration. it helps with most of the external noise. but my voice volume decreased during game and my keyboard and mouse sound are slightly heard. how can i check if the Razer™ HyperClear Cardioid Mic is working properly? or will it only work through razer usb audio card and razer synapse? thank you for your response!

      The enhancements settings for the Razer™ HyperClear Cardioid Mic will only be available when plugged in with the USB Sound Card. That said, you should get similar results using Realtek's mic enhancements on their audio console. I recommend turning up the mic volume to 80 with zero mic boost. You wil lalso want to try enabling noise suppression and AEC on your PC's audio utility.

      Hi I have same kind of problem but my mic takes sound from my computer, in discord my friends hea their own voices and they hear my audio when im watching videos Pls help

      Please test the headset on a smartphone. If you get the same results, then what you have is a crosstalk between the mic and the drivers. We will have to look into your RMA options if that really is the case.
