Razer Blackshark v2x (Microphone not detected)

I just got the Blackshark v2x and for some reasons my computer is not detecting the headset's microphone, I noticed this problem right away after I plug in the headset in my laptop because the mute button was not working then, I went into the settings, and the headset's microphone was not detected (My laptop is a Razer Blade 15). Does anybody know how to solve this problem?

    If you have the analog variant, it should appear as Realtek Audio under the Recording tab on your Sound Control Panel. Do make sure that the apps you are using have permission to access the mic via Windows Privacy Settings.
