Hello I cannot get my recently bought Razer Blackshark v2x to detect on razer synapse is there anything thing I can do to fix this problem?

    Please note that your headset is not supported on Synapse 3.0. You will want to install the standalone 7.1 surround sound app if you want to toggle from stereo to surround.
