My new Razer Blackshark v3 2023 randomly disconnects and reconnects 3-5 times an hour. I hear a peep sound then and the led goes red until it’s reconnected.
It doesnt matter if synapse is running or on what device I use it. The issue happens on my Gaming PC, my Work Notebook, My Android TV and my Playstation 5.
Firmeware is up to date. No other wireless devices active or near the headset or the dongle.
Does someone else have this problem or any idea how to fix this before I send the device back to the vendor?
I like the device itself but the issue is just too annoying to keep it.
