Hi @polyShamrockGreenONYX550,

I understand you're experiencing issues with your microphone volume being too low on Discord, even though all settings are maxed out in Synapse, Discord, and Windows. Let's try some troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue:

1. Try connecting the USB Dongle to a different USB port. Sometimes specific ports can have issues that affect device performance.

2. Ensure that the microphone itself is not physically damaged.

3. Double-check Discord's input settings to ensure the correct input device is selected and no unwanted filters are applied.

4. Check audio settings in Discord:

  • Go to User Settings > Voice & Video in Discord.
  • Make sure the correct input device is selected.
  • Test adjusting the input volume slider to see if it improves the microphone volume.

5. Check Windows Sound settings:

  • Right-click the sound icon in the taskbar and select "Sounds."
  • Go to the "Recording" tab, select your microphone, and click on "Properties."
  • Adjust the microphone volume and check for a "Microphone Boost" option in the "Levels" tab.

6. In the same "Properties" window, go to the "Enhancements" tab and disable all enhancements to see if it makes a difference.

7. Check for updates for your microphone drivers.

8. Try using your microphone on another platform or application to see if the issue is specific to Discord.
