Razer Blackwiddow detected but not responding

Hi i have a problem with my Razer Keyboard, it's the Blackwiddow X Chroma. When I connect it the keyboard lights up and patterns swirl but the moment I press a key all the lights die en only the light under the key is left lit but nothing happens on screen. In installed Synapse, tried drivers, and changed the USB connector but nothing changes the situation above. Running windows 10. Synapse DOES see the keyboard and identifies it but doesn't interact with it or allows me to change it's settings. Windows itself also saw it, and then said that it was ready for use. Any help you could give me would be great, thanks, Cris

To be honest, issues like these are typically due to a hardware issue. There really isn't much that you can do but try to uninstall the keyboard drivers from the Device Manager and hope that the fresh drivers from Windows update work. Do send me a PM with the serial number of your device so I can look into possible firmware fixes before we go the RMA route.
