Razer blackwidoe elite button not responding

hello, My 'b' button on my razer blackwidow elite seems to have stopped typing in normal use(demo mode works fine and responds). I didn't do anything in synapse settings for that to occur and now the button only seems to respond and types when i hold the 'fn' button. any help?
